Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Securing Your Production Date (Deposits) To officially secure Fun Life Media for your production (Stills or Motion), a non-refundable retainer deposit of 50% OR THE FULL AMOUNT is required. This deposit reserves our studio time, blocks out our calendar, and covers pre-production planning and "Visual Architecture" strategy. Because this prevents us from booking other clients for that date, this deposit is non-refundable.

Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to postpone a shoot, please notify us at least via WhatsApp at +27 83 505 7330, 72 hours in advance. Your deposit can be transferred to a new agreed-upon date within 30 days without penalty.

  • Cancellations: If a project is canceled entirely by the client within via WhatsApp at +27 83 505 7330, 48 hours of the scheduled shoot date, the client will be responsible for 50% of the total project fee to cover lost time and potential rental equipment costs.

Digital Asset Delivery & "Returns" Due to the digital and custom nature of photography, videography, and high-end retouching, we do not offer "returns" or refunds once the final files have been delivered.

We ensure client satisfaction through our revision process. Every production package includes via WhatsApp at +27 83 505 7330, 2 rounds of standard revisions (basic colour grading, straightening, and pacing adjustments). If you are unsatisfied with the initial gallery or edit, please communicate this during the revision stage so we can make it right.

Growth Strategy & Shopify Development For our digital foundations and growth services (Meta/Google Ads, Shopify builds):

  • Web Development: Payments are split into milestones. Once a milestone is approved and development continues, previous milestone payments are non-refundable.

  • Ad Strategy Retainers: Services are billed on a month-to-month basis [OR insert your contract length]. We require a via WhatsApp at +27 83 505 7330, 14-day written notice prior to your next billing cycle to cancel ongoing growth services. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

Project Delays If a project stalls for more than via WhatsApp at +27 83 505 7330, 30 days due to a lack of communication or delayed feedback from the client, Fun Life Media reserves the right to pause the project. Re-initiating the project may incur a restart fee.

Refund Processing (If Applicable) In the rare event that a refund is issued (e.g., Fun Life Media is unable to fulfill the project due to an emergency), we will notify you immediately. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
